Can't set up Blaze

Hi

I have fitbit blaze trying to set up but the screen stays on fitbit.com/setup cant turn on the bluetooth to start setting up the unit, tried reset multiple times but just same msg on my screen fitbit.com/setup. what should i do?

That's the only thing it will display until the setup process has been completed.

 

What are you trying to set it up on? If it's a phone have you checked that it's supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

At what point are you getting stuck?
