Hi there @Basse. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I can definitely help you with this. Have you tried to restart your tracker and then tried to set it up again? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, you can proceed with setting up your tracker again. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps and anything else you may need, I'm always around.

I have the same problems. I've put the watch in the cradle, have seen the Fitbit logo and after a few seconds followed by a watch and battery logo (green battery logo). Accordi9ng to logo battery is full.
I've tried to reset according the advice of Fitbit, but no reactions on the watch.
I;ve tried to connect to the Fitbit app using Bluetooth. It all without any result.
And i just bought 2 days ago.
What have i done wrong or what else do i have to do to make my Fitbit Blaze finally works

I have had trouble with my Fitbit charge2 not syncing or switching off , so I upgraded to a Blaze. It wont connect at all, and only shows the fitbit logo on the screen. Again it wont switch off. Am I doing something wrong? I have had 4 fitbits so far over the years and been very happy until these last episodes

A warm welcome to the Forums @swimcoach1950 and @Wenjoywannabe.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. I would like to know if you have followed the instructions provided by our friend in his previous post? If you haven't, please try those steps.
Also, can you please confirm you are doing the following to paired your devices from your Fitbit app:
Hope to hear from you soon.

I already did all what was suggested on the site and by the community. I finally got my tracker synchronized and paired with my iPhone 8 but, only when the tracker is in the cradle! When it's outside the cradle the tracker's screen turns black, green flashes at the rear side for just a second and no pairing anymore. When the tracker is in the cradle, the battery shows it's full but as soon out of the cradle it seems to be empty. Resetting is impossible too.
I hope I will get more detailed help from Fitbit soon

Thanks for the information. @Basse I am glad to hear that your tracker is now paired and working properly. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.
Now @swimcoach1950, since the troubleshoot provided didn't work and now you are having issues with your display, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
See you around.
