Can't setup my Blaze

Just setup my new blaze and it won't get pass the setup screen.

Plug it in and let it charge for at least an hour.

Then, retry the setup procedure. Come back if it still doesn't work.

I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze and confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app in order to paired it:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
