Can't swipe right to use Blaze features. Cannot hard reset with left button and bottom right button

Please help me hard shut  off Blaze. Left button and bottom right button will not work even if holding up to 20 seconds.

Hi @kd70Z  the holding of those buttons is calling a restart, which is the same as restarting your phone or computer. There is no hard shut off. What are you trying to do?
