Can't sync my blaze

Hoping someone can help. I've had my blaze for around a year now and since the day and hour I got it, I've had trouble getting it to sync. I've used 3 different phones and two tablets and brands including Samsung, Nokia and Apple. I've tried blaze and blaze classic, rebooted the blaze, restarted the bluetooth and location, restarted the phone/tablet, reinstalled the app, deleted the device and added it to my account again (that was fun when it can't connect!). I've contacted help and support and got the usual token email replies offering solutions that i've already exhausted and i'm frustrated. Every time I try to sync my device is a massive chore. Does anyone know of a reliable solution or a work-around that works more often than not so that I don't bin what was a pretty expensive birthday gift and go back to the polar that it was meant to replace.

I'm having the same issue, I want it to sync with the Weight Watchers ap on my Iphone. it used to last year on my iphone 6 plus then I stopped WW for awhile now I have an iphone 7 plus and just started WW it tells me syncing and the synced.last sync Dec 2016.....really????? why won't it sync

Have always had a small problem but SINCE THE LAST UPDATE several weeks ago I am rarely able to sync.

I am still using the same computer (Surface). Every time I try to sync the message is "JUST SYNCED 27 Nov (or several days ago). I have rebooted, repaired and tried everything I can think of.

Be aware that due to limitations of the Bluetooth protocol. If trying to sync throughmorethan one device. If they are nearby <50 feet, turn the Bluetooth off of all devices other than the one your using to sync the device.

It's a good idea but bluetooth drains my batteries so fast that I only ever turn it on each particular device when I need it. Wish it were that simple tho x

I would like to thank you all for your efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your trackers aren't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, please verify that your phones are compatible mobile devices.

 

Now about the Weight Watchers syncing issue, is your tracker syncing properly with the Fitbit app? If your Blaze is connecting properly with the app, the issue is directly with Weight Watchers, have you tried to contact them?
