Can't update my Blaze

Hi after trying to install the new update on my Blaze, it will not load past the loading screen. It gets to the end then restarts to load the new update again, it's been doing this for the last two days. I have let my Fitbit go flat and it still has the same issue I've also tried to restart it but it doesn't work.

A warm welcome to the Community @MattC007, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If you are having issues updating your Blaze, I recommend restarting it a couple of times, take a look at this post and confirm you are doing those steps to update it. Also, verify that the device you are using for this is a compatible mobile device.
