Cannot change clock face

Unable to change clock face now I have updated to the new app. I have a Blaze and a Android phone.

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've experienced to change the clock face option. 

Please let me know if you're getting an specific error message when you're trying to change the clock face, and if this is happening with all clock faces or a specific option. 

Make sure that you also have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed.

I have a Blaze. I selected the Blue Mountain clock face, tapped it but was unavailable to find the Install button? Please advise how to install it. If its not compatible, how would I know which clock faces are?

Hello there @JonahSam12, thanks for stopping by and for the details provided. 

The Blue Mountain clock face is only available for the Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Versa 2. See my image below:

The only clock faces available for Fitbit Blaze are the ones shown below:

Thanks Maria. That answers my question. I suggest that you should show the various Fitbit’s and show what clockfaces are avail for them specifically

Where did the Blaze face options go??? The old tab just directs to a slew of cool faces UNAVAILABLE on Blaze. 🙄
