Cannot get Blaze or Alta to set up to iPhone or Computer

I have several Fitbit devices and have been using my Charge 2, but I left the charger at work and won't be going back for a few days, so I figured I'd add one of my others, but neither of my iphones (work and personal) nor my computer will recognize either one.  I even removed my Charge, still nothing.  I reboot the iPhone, and reboot the app.  Not sure what to do next.

Never mind, I powered up my old iPhone 6 and managed to get it connected.  The Alta still does not want to synch.

Welcome to the Community @cjsharma! Thanks for the reboot that you've tried. I would like you to try this syncing troubleshoot to get your Alta working again with your account.
