Cannot receive notifications

I had my fitbit working for about a month and for some reason it has stopped receiving notifications, I have read all the answers on here, I've tried everything including resetting the watch and deleting the application and starting from scratch, when I first set it up it worked straight away but now it won't, everything else works but still can't get notifications. Even tried bluetooth forget device, EVERYTHING. HELP?!

Hello @xCelinex64

Let's first make sure that your app is up to date.

Check the settings in the app and the phones OS. Can't help you here since we don't know your phone.

Make sure your Charge-2 is not in its Do Not Disturb mode by holding in the button while viewing the clock. You may also add notifications as a menu item.

Now let's restart the phone.

Hi there @xCelinex64. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums!

When it comes to the Samsung Galaxy S8, it's not yet in the list of compatible devices. While it's not there, many users have been able to get it to work but since it's not an official device yet, this doesn't guarantee that it will work on every situation. Something you can try as a workaround would be to go to your bluetooth settings, look for the Blaze, tap on it, hit Forget This Device and then go to the Fitbit app, tap on the icon of the Blaze at the top of the screen and then go to the notifications, enable them again and see how it goes.

Hope this works. Let us know if you need anything else!
