My new fitbit blaze it on, my app is working, they must be synced because my steps are showing in the app. However the screen of the fitbit won't get going. I have the logo and the words fitbit.com/setup Cant get it to move from this screen. Tried re-start.

I just received mine. my screen was that way too when I was trying to connect. Finally after I fully charge it and restart (unpair, reinstall apps) I manage to get it going.
Try it out. Good luck! 🙂
However, after going through the 1st hurdle, I'm now facing the 2nd hurdle. It can't sync after working well about 20minutes 😢
