Can I give my fitbit to someone else? How do I factory-reset the unit so the new owner can take over?

This is a really hard process @DSutanto  you could even help them. 

Remove the Blaze from your phones bluetooth list. 

Hand the Blaze over to the new owner

Have them do  the same add device that you did to connect the blaze to your fitbit account .
