It's in your settings, right by the stride.
On the dashboard click on the settings gear. In the phone go to settings.

Hello @JCVA welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 Thanks for the amazing cooperation @Rich_Laue! To change time on your online Dashboard click here and scroll down to Time, change the clock settings and click on the Save button. Then make sure to sync your tracker for the changes to be applied.

So next week isDay Light Savings - move clocks forward any problems? Is there anything we have to do?
And what if I travel to another time zone?

There are a few things you may do in order to avoid time discrepancies, @jim518!

  • Set your time zone to "set automatically" and toggle if you experience weirdness (In iPhone settings, it's advance settings > time zone).
  • Sync regularly.

Hope this helps!

I just happened upon this post after I created mine; my blaze is logging an extra hour ahead within the app, but the watch face reads correctly with the time change. I toggled the set automatically, but it gives a warning about losing data....

I found out how to change to military time via the computer in the "Edit Profile" section. When I sync the Blaze through my computer, the watch changes to military time. BUT, when I sync the watch back to the app on my phone, the time changes back to standard time. How do I keep the watch in military time even after syncing to my phone? My phone time is set automatically to 24-hour clock.

My fitbit is set on military time I want to change to 24 hour regular time.  I looked in settings but do not see an option in there.

@cklem this is done through your personal settings, not the service settings.

See @AngelaMa's post above for the link. Then scroll down to time
