Problem setting up tracker

Today my Fitbit Blaze came in. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get it to connect to the bluetooth signal of any mobile devices, regardless of how many times I try to reset my phones or the fitbit itself. Because of this, I decided to download the fitbit program on my Windows 10 desktop computer to try to setup through there. Through this, I've managed to make a little more progress, but again haven't been able to succeed with setting the tracker up. I'm currently at a screen in the program that says "enter the number on your display", but no matter what I try, the only thing that the fitbit has displayed is the logo, and the logo followed by the words "fitbit.com/setup". From the research I've done, it seems like it's supposed to display some kind of 4 digit combination. Let me know if you have any advice. Thanks.

Choose one way to set up and don't have your phone on if you're setting up on the computer.

@GhoulcallerGisa is this a replacement Blaze, I'm wondering if there is a bother Blaze around that the app might be seeing.
