Fitbit Blaze Stopped tracking steps.

Hello~

I noticed yesterday my step count was super low even though I spent the whole day walking around an amusement park.

Now today usually I am close to 10k steps by now and only have about 4k logged. I have been watching it for about an hour and notice it is barley logging any steps as I walk. I spent the whole last hour walking but it only logged 70 steps?

I am not sure why it has stopped tracking.

My thoughts would be to swipe over to settings, tap, swipe down to shutdown, then confirm.. This should reset any stuck hardware. Then start by pressing any button.
Also try a 2 button restart, by holding in both the left an lower right buttons for 15 seconds.

@Rich_Laue thanks for the help. I tried that.

Unfortunately I think something is frazzled with it. I have watched it for a few more hours and it seems to work on for a bit then it just stops.

Been training and running with it for the last four months. Love it and it has helped me a lot. Tomorrow is my first 5k ever 🙂 I am desperately trying to get it to work again.
