Hi all! Any chance there would be the ability to change time manually as oppose to automatically on the fit bit devices, in particularly the blaze? Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Community @Stewpac-316. Would you like to be able to change the timezone from the Blaze? If that's the case, I recommend sharing this idea in our feature suggestions board. Now if you want to change the timezone manually, you just need to do the following from a computer:

1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.

If you prefer to do this from a phone, please tell me which phone you have so I can provide you the correct instructions to do this.

Catch you later. Woman Happy

Hi Alejandra, that's not exactly what I was asking actually, sorry. It's more of changing time fully, for example: changing minutes and not just time zones. I called a customer service representative about this and she mentioned that it is not a feature yet and recommended me to mention it in these forums. Thanks!

Good question.  I'm having same problem, since Sunday.  Trcker says it's 7:26, but it's really 12:26 (time on phone).

Hello- I am also having a clock problem. The battery went dead sooner than usual and it reset at an hour and 10 mins ahead of he actual time. I tried changing the time zone it would not work. I eventually removed it from my iphone to reintall. It was syncing for hours yesterday and I have tried again today and has been syncing non-stop.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thank you

I tried exactly what you said to do but the tracker will not update new stats and clock is still wrong.  It stops updating half way and starts again.  UGH!!!!

Hi- I found the soulution for my issue in a moderator post. I am posting in case it may be of help to others. I had already removed the tracker from my iphone and was having difficulty reinstalling as it was syncing for hours. I went back in to the ios settings on the phone, found the device under bluetooth, clicked on it and selected "forget this device" to completely delete it from the iphone. I then try syncing again and it worked and fixed the clock. Not sure this will help all issues but it did help mine so thought I would pass it along.  Thanks

It works.  Just remind me to forget Fitbit and all is well.
