Sudden issues- syncing and battery

I only purchased my Blaze six months ago and it has been working perfectly until now. I’m using iphone an it seems there was an update to the app a couple of days ago. Since then I’ve been having problems with syncing my fitbit. It’s obviously doing something because the info in the ‘top’ part of the app are syncing fine (steps, floors, distance etc) but nothing else is syncing properly (sleep, steps per hour). When I press the blaze icon and press ‘sync now’ that doesn’t work, and it says it was last synced yesterday (when I was troubleshooting- disconnected and reconnected the blaze). I’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing is working. I noticed today that my battery drains much faster- not even a days use! What exactly did you do with this update fitbit?!

Another problem I have noticed: when I ‘remove this Blaze’ then reconnect it, the sleep and steps per hour finally comes through to the app. However, it seems to think I went to bed at exactly 00:00 for the last 2 nights running. I know this to be false, I went to bed and was fast asleep much earlier than that. This last update has really messed things up!!

Same here, just started a week ago. NEVER had any issues whatsoever and now, won't take pulse and batter doesn't last for even a day!  Only had this BLAZE for about 10 months.

Charged my blaze to full and wore it for barely a day and a half before the battery died. Also it is still not syncing properly to the app. If I had known it would only last 6 months I would never have spent so much money on it.
