I wish you could switch your calories deficit and have it start the day you change it instead of it resetting it all the way back to when you started. I lost the weight now I would like to change it to maintain but it changes everything. I would like it to stay the same so I can look back and see what I've accomplished.

Great to see you here @SunsetRunner. To change this, please confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app:
1. From the app dashboard, tap and hold the Food Plan tile.
2. Tap Edit Food Plan.
3. Tap Edit Plan at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter your weight goal and tap Next.
5. Choose a food plan that best fits your needs and navigate through the food plan screens by tapping Next.
6. Tap Save Plan.
