Charge for Blaze

My Fitbit Blaze won't charge. I''be tested the charger with another Blaze and learned it's not an issue with the charger. I've double checked the charging ports and all is clean. Any ideas?

@RubyMyles one thought I have.. How long has the Blaze been dead? Or is it? I find if it has been dead for 4+ hours, it has taken an hour or more in the Charger before the Blaze shows any life. 

 

If the Blaze is on, then do a restart by holding the left and lower right buttons in.
