Is there an option for pregnancy on the Fitbit?  I would like to monitor my weight gain throughout my pregnancy.  Or do I just have to update my goal as gaining weight?

It's great to have you here @Khenri! As @WendyB mentioned there are no pregnancy options. However, you may want to vote for this ideas Pregnancy and nursing settings and Compatible apps for pregnancy. Those suggestions are viewed by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.
