Charger not working

Just received myour fitbit blaze not enough battery power to setup plugged charger in and won' charge no battery coming up on the screen. Help

The battery doesn't show on the screen until it has been setup. Now it's had a couple of hours on charge try the setup again. When you next charge it there will be a charging indicator.

Still not charging. Fitbit say I'm setup ?

Hi there @Wontcharge, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community, I found another of your posts mentioning your tracker was not charging. I'm really sorry for the late response, however I saw you have received help from @SteveH already.

 

I'm wondering how it goes so far, were you able to address the issue? Is your tracker charging?
