I purchased the blaze yesterday and attempted to charge several different ways. I would never get the battery symbol on the device. Left to charge overnight, will not update because it said the battery was too low. I figured something was defective, either the device or the charger so I exchanged today. Same thing with this one, I plugged into charger for over 4 hours and don't think it has charged at all. Instructions say you should see the battery symbol when you plug in, however, it just shows the fitbit symbol and says "fitbit.com/setup". I do have it in the charger correcty. Any advice?? Thanks

Have you tried a different USB port? If the second one isnt charing the USB port could be bad.

Best AnswerI'm interested in the answer to your question too. I am having the same trouble. I have tried 2 Blazes in different USB ports but cannot get either to charge. Surely it's an easy fix, I'd be surprised if both my first & replacement Blaze were defective.
