Charging blaze

hi all..picked up my blaze yday and have completed set up of mob and blaze. I need to charge now but when I put in charger it just says setup..no battery sign and no charging either..anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong. Many thanks

Then it hasn't be set up correctly. You will not see anything until it is
