My Blaze is brand new. I set it up while it was in it's charger and plugged it in directly into my wall (the wall outlet also has usb ports). The screen says it's charged. But when I remove it from the charger, nothing. As if the battery is completely dead. I tried the restart thing, but nothing is working. Again, as if my battery is dead. If the blaze is not in the charger, it won't sync with my iphone. Did I do something wrong at set up?

Hi there @rocketredgrl. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂
It's very strange that your tracker doesn't respond when it's not in the charger. I would say there's something definitely going on with the tracker itself so as my good friend @Odyssey13 suggested, feel free to contact the Support Dept for them to take a deeper look and they will be happy to get you back on track.
Let us know how it goes!

Since Day One, both my Alta and my Blaze get charged via my Xbox One. I have not had any charging issues since.
