Sync Issues post upgrade

Okay ever since I went to the latest code I have had nothing but sync issues.  I have to continuously reboot both my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy 6) and the Blaze to get it to sync.  Is anyone else having this issue or a similar?

I've not heard of much people having issues with their trackers not syncing after the update. What I can recommend at the moment would be to set up your tracker as a new device and see if this fixes the problem.

 

For that, firs restart your tracker and your phone just to be sure. After that, go to the Devices secton on your app and tap on the plus sign at the top right corner of the screen. There, add your tracker as a new device and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

After adding it as a new device, see how it works. Let me know how it goes!
