Hello @douglas37876 welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here. I'm glad to know your Blaze's display is working properly! 🙂 If you ever experience any issue with the display you can always try a restart, the process is really simple you just need to:
1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.
I'll be around if you have any questions!

Hi, i have had the same issue. i first set up my blaze yesterday and everything worked fine. then it synced a few hours later and now the clock display is not there. the default is the Today option; i can swipe to exercise, fitstar, timer, alarms, and settings but not the clock face. i tried your suggestion to restart the blaze and it is the same

@mtcady welcome to the Fitbit Community! I would recommend to set up your Blaze as a new device as instructed here.
Let me know if this helps.

I went through the setup, watch showed, but after made a choice of face, the clock face no longer appears. I have turned on/off more than once, no clock appears.

The clock face won't show the battery level unless the battery is low. Swipe to another screen to see the battery level

@PhoenixDawn have you tried the restart mentioned above, or through the app choose a watch face and synced.

You don't want to leave it in the charger overnight.
I read that you tried everything but changing the clock face then a sync.. Try it.
If that doesn't work contact fitbit.. They have web chat and a phone number.

Hello @PhoenixDawn, @rdunham and @Rich_Laue It's great to have you here! If you are experiencing issues with the clock face please try the following:
- Go to your device settings.
- Select a different clock face than the one you have.
- Sync your tracker.
- Then you just need to select the one you want to show on your Blaze
- Sync again.
If your clock face is not showing after this please reach out to our support team for assistance. They will be happy to help.
Keep me posted!

I tried to change the clock display and now it won't display the time. I tried yoiur solution and it didn't work. When I push the left button it displays TODAY. If I tap the screen it displays steps, bpm, miles and steps. any ideas?

@hback doing a restart of the Blaze, or choosing a different clock and then a sync did not help?
Try the shutdown command, it's found under the settings meny, then restart by pressing any button.. Now try a change of the clock face.
You can change the clock face either on the web or the app, try both.
