Clock Error; unable to change in the app

My Blaze has had an error message stating that there's an error with the clock and to go into the app to fix it.  I've attempted to switch the clock face to no avail and removing the Blaze from my phone and app didn't work either.  Now the app is saying that the device cannot be found in order to resync it.  Any suggestions?  I've followed all the troubleshooting I can find on the website.

Try a restart do it 3 times

Then try to change the clock face again

I've restarted it three times in a row and nothing happened. I uninstalled the app from my phone and rebooted it and then reinstalled it and still nothing.
