I keep getting this error and have to go into the app on my phone and change the clock face. It works for about a day and then the same error appears. I've tried hard resetting my Fitbit, removing it from my devices in my Fitbit app and setting it up new, turned bluetooth off and on on my phone. Nothing works for more than a day? It definitely seems like a software issue with the Fitbit.
I've had my Blaze for over a year now and just in the last 2 weeks that I've had this issue every day. Nothing has changed with the way that I use it.
Please fix this FITBIT!!!!

Not sure anyone can help you if you are not specific about the error. Code? Picture?

@dgrantg, Have you tried checking your Fitbit app, maybe your Blaze needs to update. If so, you can use this help article: How do I update my Fitbit device?

A warm welcome to the Community @dgrantg, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself, @SunsetRunner and @moniqueresuello for stopping by.
Since the troubleshoot you tried didn't work, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
See you around.
