Clock Faces

Hi,

My clock face won't change on my fitbit blaze. I've selected different ones and synced it but it won't go to the new options Ibe chosen. It's just stuck on the Pop clock face.

I've gone to settings and restarted the watch. I've held down the left and lower right button to restart it. I've restarted the fitbit app and restarted my phone. But it's still not changing the clock face.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Sorry I have no answers but I am having the same problem. I have to say I am not impressed with this watch. Spending too much time trying to get things working! Sync issues as well.

Just bought one yesterday and so far I am really disappointed. Clock wont change either and I've done everything it says to and it still won't change. Time is also off by several minutes.  No sleep at all was logged either, should have stayed with my Garmin.......

ARe ypu guys changei g the clock face through the web or app, what device is the app on?

Also try snd change it in both places than sync it. Also in yhr app or on the web, check the time of the last sync

If this fails then do a replace device, replacing your xurrent Blaze with itself.

I am having same issue with clock display. Bought my fitbit blaze today.  Am using it with samsung galaxy note 5.  The time is off by several minutes as well.  It is syncing steps. I did go into app and online with laptop.  Showed the change on my laptip but not on blaze. I have uninstalled app and then reinstalled.  Shut down blaze and phone. It is like it is half connected.

I removed the blaze from my fitbit account.  I shut down my phone and the blaze.  Left them shut down for about 15 minutes.  Loaded blaze back on fitbit account.  The clocj display changes and the time is correct. Now to work on the music operations.

I finally was able to get mine to work. Synced it thru my PC and it also reset my time. It was just as frustrating syncing thru computer as you will need a dongle if your computer does not have Bluetooth.  Luckily I had one from a previous fitbit I had years ago that I was able to use. But now my notifications aren't coming thru,  I seriously have a migraine now.......

The major mistake I do not think they make clear is that there needs to be two links through bluetooth.  One will come up on your phone as blaze and the other as blaze classic you must have both for all your features to work.  The blaze classic connects as an input device...this is necessary especially for the music controls.  Blaze classic you will need to go to settings on your blaze and tap the bluetooth classic to pair.  Then go to your phone's blue tooth setting and scan until you see the blaze classic.  On your blaze you will need to tap yes when a six digit (i think it is 6) number comes up.  Hope that helps anyone having issues.

Same issue, select a different clock face and it never changes on the watch even after sync.

I have tried it both ways.  The clock face doesn't change.

Like @Jrb422, Here is what I did to fix:

1a. My steps and vitals were syncing/synced properly.  1b. I removed the device from within the app.

2. I deleted anything and everything blaze-related in my bluetooth settings.

3. On the blaze, I set the bluetooth classic setting to pair.

4. I paired the device with a 6-digit code.

5. I added the blaze device back into the app.

6. I entered the 4-digit code on the blaze into the app.

7. Verified both blaze and blaze (classic) show up in my android bluetooth settings.

8. All is good!

This was all a bit confusing as my first experience with any bluetooth device.

I ended up just having to remove unsync everything and re-syncing it all again. To be honest it was a bit of a pain in the face, but it's done now. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.
