Clock and goal notifications

Hi
My clock never changes time when I change time zones. I've synced that doesn't work even though my iPhone changed time zones. I've logged in and changed time zone still nope. It really doesn't auto sync to the time in my phone??

Also I never get step goal notifications except 10000. Are there supposed to be?

The st p goal notification will happen once each day when you reach your goal. The default is 10000 but you can set it to something else if you want.

It's great to see you around @donnaraeb.  If you like to travel or need the time to change automatically, I recommend changing your settings to the "Automatic Timezone" by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Log in to your Dashboard
2. Tap Account
3. Tap Advanced Settings
4. Slide the Set Automatically to on
5. Sync your tracker

About the goals as @MikeF mentioned if you don't want the ones that are already set, you can change them too by doing the following:

1. Tap Account
2. Tap Activity
3. Tap the goal you want to change
4. Edit your number
5. Sync

Keep the stepping up! Woman Happy
