Cold Weather

so now i start walking and running ..  the weather is now cold and lots of light blue..

 

so here is the questions..  i'm out of the cardio zone..  so am i burning less caloires?

Cold weather reduces blood flow in your skin, making it harder for optical HRM to accurately read your pulse.

 

Do you think your Blaze is reading the correct HR? Maybe it is having trouble accurately reading your HR, and thats why you are out of the cardio zone. Or maybe you are walking and running a lot slower?

It's great to see you around @hexane and @bbarrera thanks for stopping by and the information. I agree with the information that our friend provided here. To obtain a better reading of your heart rate, I recommend wearing tight not so much but wear it in a way that it can better register your information.
