Can't sync and display not working

Hi All,

 

Required Help. My Fitbit Blaze suddenly unable to sync to app and constantly blank screen. This happens after I change hand orientation to non domination due to my left hands got burn like rash after wearing blaze.

@Kepler32  Have you tried to restart your Blaze?  (Press left button and lower right button until you see the Fitbit logo)  Maybe that will help~

Hi,

Try restarting, it seems that the buttons are not working. It is like hangs and refused to take any commands

I thought mine needed to be restarted as well (mine won't scroll to the right to show my steps or the other options), but when I tried pushing & holding those 2 buttons, all it did was tell me that I was all caught up on my text messages.

Never mind my not being able to get it to restart by pushing & holding those 2 buttons. I wasn't holding it long enough. I just did it again and held it longer & now all is fine. Thanks!

Hi,

It is ok. I have sent my Fitbit for warranty claim. Hopefully, they can return the device faster. Kinda bummer. My wife bought it for me in September end.
