Hi. If somebody can give me some advice. My phone is a zmax pro. I download the app with no problema. Before my blaze i use to have a charge hr. I never ever have a problem to sync my Fitbit. When i get my blaze i'm start having problems. Monitor not found. I get in contact with customer service thru email. We went back and forth for a while. Monitor still giving me problems. They told me to turn on and off the monitor, unistall and download the app again. I do everything they told me. Still having problems. So, then said is other way that we can try to fix the problem. Some days my blaze sync others not. And is really frustrating. Any advierte in what else i can do to fix my problem??? Thanks in avance!!

I'm sorry you're having problems to get your Blaze to work correctly with your phone 😕
I think the problem is that the ZTE ZMax Pro is not included in the list of supported devices to work with Fitbit. Now, if you're wondering why it used to work so well with your Charge HR, this is because even though some phones are not listed as compatible, their features will make them to work sometimes with Fitbit trackers, but it's not guaranteed to all the time and this could be the scenario.
