We are a family of Fitbit users, we have a Blaze and 3 Charge HR- in the last 2 days after syncing (and fully charged) they have all completely shut down and will not respond - is anyone else having problems?

Are you asking for help @StephLS or just curious?

It doesnt sound realistic for all to just turn off at the same time.

Are you using the connect software in a pc, if so the conputer will sync all the trackers qith yhe same call.

I'm just wondering if anyone else had the problem too - and yes, what do I do next?

If pressing the buttons dont turn them on, plugging them into their chargers should.

Usually when a tracker turns off durring a sync, it is because the battery can not provide enough power.

Tou could try syncing while they are plugged into the charger.
