My fitbit just crashed.  It will not turn on, sync with my phone or charge and has nothing on the screen.  Has this happen to anyone else and did it come back?  I've only had it since August.

My Blaze has done the same thing - DEAD.  Will not charge, can not tap, swipe, etc.  Tried the restart process 5 times and it did not work.  I have only had this since Christmas 2016?!

I'm sorry you're having problems with your trackers not turning on 😕 I just wanted to confirm if you're still having problems with them or if you were able to get them to work.

 

Normally restarting your trackers should help in these situations to determine if it's something with the tracker in general or with the display directly.

 

Please let me know if you still need help with this.

Ive not8ced tyat if my Blaze goes completely dead it could be 2+ hours on the charter before there is any life.
