Concerned about heart rate readings while asleep

Goes between 51 and 62Goes between 51 and 62

So. I have been using this Blaze for almost a year and a half. Sometimes the readings have seemed off, but I sent it in two weeks ago to make sure it was working right. My cardio health was like a 56 (very good) , now it says I'm a 48(average)...

Now last night I didn't feel like I rested well... But this reading has me lost. I almost always have a **ahem** near flat line in the low 50's. This went from low 50's to mid 60's. The one high spike is me getting up when my fiancee was getting ready for work. The rest are completely unexplainable to me. Should this worry me?

Hi there @Surprize. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

If you think these heart rate readings seem off, it's good to think if you've felt anything different lately. Fitbit trackers are not meant to diagnose any condition and should not be used as medical devices, but they sure are a good indicative of your health (about your heart in this case). Keep in mind that your heart rate may be affected by any a number of factors at any given moment. Movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication use are just a few things that can affect your heart rate. Different medical conditions and medications can impact your heart rate.

You could ask your doctor about this just to make sure there's nothing affecting you.

If you have any other questions, let me know!
