My fit bit started  giving me an alert to tell me “All caught up!  No notifications”. It keeps poping up every 30 sexonds nonstop even though notificatios is turned off. Inhabe shutdown the unit to rest it but it does not work. It drains battery quickly and it is very anoying.

Sounds like it thinks you are swiping up on the screen. I don't know if the shutdown does the same as a restart but it's worth trying the restart too:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

If that doesn't stop it then it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
