Continuous display

As a nurse, I’d like to have the clock, with second hand and timer displayed for at least 3 minutes. Reasoning: you need a second hand to check a pulse, respiration’s etc. the timer I would use for long iv pushes ( chemo). I know others would like to see continuos heart rate display for exercise. 

I think we should have the option to have a longer display ( I know it drains the battery) which we could control.  As it is, I don’t wear it at work, for this reason, but I want to.
