Control music while exercising

There doesn't seem to be any way to change track or volume whilst exercising, I consider this to be an essential in any fitness tracker that has music control.

@Migas It's great to see you in the Community forums.

You should be able to control your music from Spotify through your Blaze without any problem. If you have set up music control following these steps without luck, please give a try to these workarounds. Additionally, my friend @FerdinandFitbit has shared some useful troubleshooting steps that might help you out. 

I just tested the link to chat and it seems to be working fine.

I was trying to include a snap shot of what I was talking about with the Chat. When I selected chat and selected the Blaze it opened up the small window with the selection's of "chat, call us, email us" and so on. I clicked on chat and it opened up another small window with the same selections. As for the fix it's and trouble shooting of my blaze for music before I contacted you guy's I tried all 3 more than 5 time's and nothing. My phone is playing the music my blaze is right on top of my cell when I paired it again and nothing. Still just showing "connecting/not connected".

Sure it still works @Calyblondie simply hold on the left button like you would from the clock. It works from any screen

@Rich_Laue, thank you. It only seems to work for me if I have started playing the music before I engage the exercise tracking. And idea how to get to the music app is it is not engaged before?

Yes @Calyblondie, I've noticed that the music app needs to be playing or have a song curd up before the Ionic or Blaze can control the app. 

As a side note, if the camera app is open the volume control can be used as a remote shutter release.

When I do this, it takes me to notifications, not music.

@asansing I'm not sure what post your referring to do I'm not sure what "this" is? 

Holding in the button then swiping left or right will bring up music from any screen on the Blaze.
