Right so i have just swapped my fit bit blaze as it was faulty for a brand new one. The only reason i really use it is for the timer with my clients.
So i know my way around it really well.
Ive just went to use the timer on this new one and the button on the screen is faded out and wont press to start counting, the button on the side doesnt work either. I have absolutley no idea why this is happening. If anybody could shine some light that would be great.
ASAP would be even better 😄

It's great to welcome you @phillipsaaron and weird to hear that your tracker's buttons are not working. In this case, I recommend trying the restart process. Also, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
