I don’t feel that my Fitbit Blaze is counting all the steps that I am taking and I don’t know what is causing this.

Hi, @Rosa599! You can do an experiment: walk as you normally would for something like 100 steps, counting how many you take. Then, check what your tracker registers.

I’m having the same issue, I was in my feet walking for 5 hours up and down stairs etc. and at the end of the day it said I’d only done 856 steps and 0 stairs! I have just tested it now by waking 150 steps and it only picked up 60 of them. I can’t work out why the sensitivity has suddenly disappeared, it’s almost like you have to be swinging your arms and speed walking for it to register. I’m not happy 😞

Yeah I hear you that’s the same thing it only really works right sometimes or at all is when I am running on my treadmill mill or jogging on it with swinging my arms
