Why has my Fitbit Blaze stopped counting floors ? (this includes floors that it used to count previously at home and at work)

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not counting your floors.
I'd like to know... Whenever you go to the Today screen on your Blaze and tap on it and scroll down, are you able to see the Floors section or it will not appear at all?
Also, if you go to your dashboard, are you not able to see the floors tile there?
In the meantime, I can recommend restarting your tracker and see if this makes any difference. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Hi Ferdinand , Thankyou for your reply to my enquiry .....
am not too sure what you mean by the 'Today' screen - I only seem to get the dashboard up on screen . However the floors climbed tile IS indeed there it just constantly says zero . I have only just done the reset that you advised so will have to see if that does the trick and will keep you informed . Once again thanks for the help - much appreciated 👍

Oops - silly me , I now DO realise what you mean by TODAY screen ....... on the tracker itself - not the app on my phone .... lol 😄
SO when I tap on today and scroll the floors climbed sexton IS there but it also registers zero ??? Up to 9/6/17 it was counting floors just fine , then nothing ??

Thankyou for the advice Ferdinand - I have done the reset procedure and it seems to have worked 😊
Have just climbed a set of stairs at work and it registered on the fit ..... 👍👍👍
