Does anyone also find it that the Fitbit Blaze does not do accurate step counts. I have tried everything and is ready to give this back to where it came from.

Fitbit should that the blaze off the market as it is not accurate.

There has been an issue since the last firmware update in April with the Blaze undercounting steps. So far there has been no ETA given to fix this.

I too have noticed that it does not capture 25-40% of steps.  It's a drag... THinking about going back to the step down.

Yes, I've been having the same issues. I've contacted Fitbit Support about this issue twice and they keep telling me to restart it. I've done it several times and changes my setting to non-dominate. I'll watch my Fitbit as I walk and notice ot freezes and then starts back up after I walked for several minutes. I never get an accurate step count. Fitbit Support Group is not helpful.

What I can't understand is why is this not being corrected. I have also contacted fitbit and keep on telling me to restart the stupid thing.

If this can not be fixed, they need to recall all watches and discontinue the Blaze!!!

When i count of 100 steps yes the tablet seems to be about 20 30 low. Then i continue walking amd count of 500 or 1000 steps the tablet still seems to be 20-30 low.
100 steps off by 30%
500 steps off by 6%
1000 steps off by 3%

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine! Woman Very Happy Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourselves and for the information provided! Woman Wink If you are having inconveniences with your Blaze accuracy, I recommend restarting the trackers. After the restart process test them and if you see that they are being too inaccurate, feel free to contact our support team, they have the proper tools to see the information that your trackers are recording. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
