Why would you buy a Fitbit. It has to be one of the worst products I have ever bought. I had a charge HR that had got damage from wearing it and nothing more. Then you sent me a replacement and a 20% on a new product. I decided that I would try the Fitbit Blaze. The watch it self if fine and works okay.
While wearing my Blaze gardening the screen got cracked. I did not hit it on anything, nothing dropped on it, it just cracked. bad materials is my guess.
I called customer serve and was passed between 2 people and put on hold for over 45 minutes. After being asked to take a picture and send it in, another 10 minutes on hold, I was told that this is physical damage and that there is nothing that you can do but offer me a 20% discount towards a new one.
Why would I buy another Fitbit when the 2 I have recently owned have broken by wearing them? Since I own a new Blaze people ask me all the time how I like it. At least one a day. Now I know what to tell them DON'T BUY A FITBIT.
One of the things that upsets me the most is that it took your customer support over 45 minutes to tell me this.
How can you make a product that cost so much money and not back it up with a warranty that cover damage caused by nothing other than wearing it.
This is a verify dis-satisfied customer and will tell everyone I know and write all the review that I can to let people know what kind of company you run.
Wish I would have saved my money and bought a Garmin. Would have cost me more, but I would not have to worry about it breaking just from wearing it.

Welcome to the Community @JDS02. It's weird to hear that your Blaze screen broke just for wearing it. If this is the case, I recommend contacting our support team one more time but this time you can do it via chat, I also suggest checking our warranty policy before contacting them.
Let me know how it goes.
