I've had my blaze now less than 3 months. I noticed yesterday that there is a crack on the screen. Not sure how it got there. I searched the community of other Fitbit blaze screen problems and most people had some success with customer service. I called tonight with no success. No guidance, no options, and no solutions. I just don't get how there isn't a solution to a problem others have. Has anyone had success with getting the screen fixed outside Fitbit, whom isn't much help at all??? Thanks.

Welcome to the Community @Mike8179 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
As questioned by our friend, can you share with us how did your Blaze display cracked? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
I'm not sure how it was cracked. It's a hairline crack in the upper right hand corner. I don't see any contact point on the screen. I did a workout on Monday. I noticed the crack Monday evening. It wasn't cracked the day before. Customer service told me it was user error and there was nothing to be done. I just don't get why there isn't another solution to the problem...
Best AnswerHello Mike8179.
Had similar problem, called Fitbit customer support and they replaced it.
HOWEVER!!!.. have to call them again for the same issue,, cracked screen with no point of contact to cause the hairline crack.. and this happened three weeks after I received the replacement...
Im beginning to doubt the reliability of the glass of Blaze.. seems to be a glass stress issue rather than a user error..
Best AnswerMine just cracked while I was sleeping. I woke up with a crack across the screen. No luck with Fitbit customer service. It sucks that the screen cracks so easily.
Best AnswerHey. I got lucky and the battery died on me and they replaced it for free. When I got the new blaze, I put a screen protector on it and got a heavy duty band that protects it. I haven't had a problem since. Good luck.
Maybe i should just keep it around and hope something else goes wrong with it and get it replaced that way.

It's great to see you around @noggin41 and @Mike8179.
@Mike8179 I am glad to hear that you received a replacement tracker, if you need anything else do not hesitate is posting it. Now @noggin41, I would like to know if you have contacted our support team or received a solution for this?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
I have contacter customer support and have exchanged emails back and forth and the best fitbit is willing to do is offer a 25% off coupon. It's frustrating reading in the FitBit Community people who got their trackers replaced for the same reason. Guess it became so common that they needed to change the policy. I could see if it broke some other way but to wake up to a cracked screen is frustrating. Oh well.
