Interesting that some customers are sent new Fitbits, my screen cracked within 3 days of wearing it, I'm told the warranty does not cover damage to the screen. so no new Fitbit for me unless I want to buy another at 25% discount. I've just spent over £300 so why would I want to spend more on a product that obviously is not fit for purpose. Watch screens don't crack within 3 days of wearing them. Not happy at all with customer service.

The warranty (see www.fitbit.com/returns for details) covers the screen but doesn't cover accidental damage. If it wasn't cracked on day 1 but is cracked on day 3 how could that be anything other than accidental damage.
