I recently purchased my fiancé a Blaze and we put a screen protector on it the same day..
now his screen is cracked!! He hasn't even had it an entire month yet!! Is this covered in warranty or do they have a replacement program??! I tried looking it up but it only talks about scratches and dents..:/

You can contact support, but they are not likely to replace. My first Blaze screen shattered for no know reason. I took detailed pictures of the screen. The support person said he'd never seen anything like it. The screen was just shattered with no visible impact points. I tried to locate a replacement glass, but no luck. This was all about 9 mos. ago. Now that the Blaze has been out a while, you might get one of the local shops to fix it, but it was new then and no one would touch it. I covered it with a screen protector, but I guess the humidity finally kill the circuitry. It stopped charging. I recently located a vendor the sell the Blaze replacement device. It comes with no charger, documentation, or band. It was $80 US. So, I am trying again. This time with a glass screen protector.
