Hello, through my step-moms work she was able to receive a discount for 3 fitbits and after ordering 3 she got a email receipt saying mine the large blaze black and stainless steel was on backorder for 4-6 weeks. When called customer service a couple hours later to change to the blue "same size, same price" the lady had said because it has been over a hour since ordering there was nothing she could do. I dont understand since a item has not been shipped why cant upon customers request same day as ordering, not be able to change to a in stock item!
