my Fitbit (tracker/display) has been returned to Fitbit as it stopped working, (14/07/18) they have told me that you have got it & processed a replacement which was sent out. but I received a watch strap in return? even the wrong colour, I have now emailed several times to Fitbit using the same email I have been replying to & I get NO reply!!! very frustrating...…. I am now at my whit's end with all this, all I want is a reply saying what's happening? The last email I had from Fitbit was on the 27th/07/2018. confirmation number is YWGCYC4GG. telling me I would get another email that I still have not got saying "You’ll receive another email from Fitbit with a link to your order status" the sheer disappointment & lack of communication to me is outrageous,  Oh and a reply would be nice? Anyone else had issues???

Not knowing where you are located. Have you tried Chat or calling them? You might get better results
