Dashboard items not opening when clicked

Twice over the last week the Fitbit app would not open dashboard items when I clicked on them.  I restarted my phone, made sure I had the most recent fitbit app for my iphone.  Logging out of the app finally worked.  Needs a fix.  Not sure why it keeps happening.

What phone is this dashboard on?

Have you tried stopping the app?
