My sleep pattern has not registered since 12/04

My heart rate wont register

Also the steps per hour is not transferring to my phone.

The only thing that transfers to my phone are Steps/Floors/Miles.

I have tried all the resets and turn offs .

Any more suggestions would be great

Welcome to the Forums @bn223 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend following the restart procedure and also please follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

You are welcome @bn223, could you please provide me with a screenshot of your Dashboard? In the meantime, please check that the heart rate option is "on" or "auto" directly from your Blaze by going to Settings and tap the heart rate option. Regarding the sleep, try the restart procedure, if you have already tried this, do a couple of times more.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Thanks for the information @bn223. Unfortunately, there isn't any screenshot on your post. Could you please send it again? In the meantime, double check your settings to see that your heart rate is set in "Auto" or "On" and try the restart procedure again regarding the sleep.

See you around. Woman Wink
